Most delays in UAE trade happen in the handoffs — between the forwarder, the clearing agent and the trucker. We hold all three, so one team is accountable from collection to final delivery.

Jebel Ali and Dubai import, export, re-export and transit clearance, including document checks, Mirsal 2 coordination, inspections, terminal release and onward delivery. We also coordinate regular clearance in Saudi Arabia and Turkey.

Also handled: vehicle import and export, empty container supply, relocations, door-to-door movements, documentation and exhibition logistics.
A single logistics contact for collection in Turkey, international freight, Dubai customs clearance and delivery across the UAE.
We arrange air freight and express cargo for urgent consignments, FCL and LCL container shipping for larger loads, and road or multimodal freight where it suits the cargo. Istanbul-to-Dubai shipments can move door to door, warehouse to warehouse or from a factory pickup to the final UAE address.
Typical enquiries include pallets, machinery, furniture, textiles, building materials, commercial freight and eligible household goods or personal effects. Every booking is subject to commodity acceptance, documentation and the available carrier schedule.
Shipping cost depends on origin, destination, dimensions, weight, commodity, service level and customs requirements. Send those details for a current air, road, FCL, LCL or groupage rate rather than relying on a stale published price.
Our Dubai team can include origin pickup, export documentation in Turkey, import customs clearance in Dubai and final delivery in one itemised quote.
Turkey to Dubai service detailsWhat actually determines whether a shipment lands on time is who files the declaration, how close they are to the port, and whether one person owns the file.
01
We lodge Mirsal 2 declarations directly against your trade licence and customs code. Queries come back to us rather than bouncing between a broker and your accounts team.
02
Our office is in Deira, a few minutes from Port Rashid and Dubai Customs and about 45 minutes from Jebel Ali. When an inspection needs a person present, we send one the same day.
03
JAFZA and DAFZA consignees are filed as free-zone imports and are not assessed the 5% duty while goods stay in the zone; a mainland LLC is filed for local consumption. Getting this wrong is the most common cause of amendment fees.
04
Eight offices across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and India. On those lanes you are dealing with PSL Arabia staff at origin and destination, not an agent chain.
05
No portal to learn and no ticket queue. A single person in Dubai owns the file from enquiry to final invoice, and answers on WhatsApp.

Outside our five countries, shipments run through GPLN, G7N, FNC and IAM member agents — financially vetted and covered by network payment protection.
Dubai offers several strong sea and air gateways, each with its own customs regime, cut-off times and cost profile. We select the best fit early to save time, keep costs predictable and give your cargo a smoother journey.
The largest container port in the Middle East, operated by DP World, and the primary sea gateway for FCL, LCL and reefer. Adjacent to the JAFZA free zone, so free-zone consignees clear without duty while goods remain inside.
Deira-side terminal handling general and breakbulk cargo. It is the closest sea gateway to our office and to Dubai Customs, which matters when an inspection needs someone physically present.
The main air-cargo gateway, with the widest carrier choice and the latest cut-offs. Best for urgent, high-value and temperature-controlled consignments.
The Dubai South freighter hub. Used for outsize air cargo, nose-loading freighters, charters, and anything tied to the surrounding logistics district.
Overland into Saudi Arabia via Al Ghuwaifat and Oman via Hatta, with scheduled freight links from Turkey into the UAE. We also coordinate customs clearance in Saudi Arabia and Turkey and clear through the main UAE gateways.
Port-to-port or airport-to-airport, before destination customs clearance. Actual schedules depend on carrier, routing and season — your quote carries the real sailing or flight.

We do not publish rate cards, because a rate quoted today can be wrong next week — carrier pricing, fuel, equipment availability and peak-season surcharges all move. What does not change is the structure of the bill. Understanding it is how you tell a competitive quote from a cheap headline rate with charges hidden underneath.
01
The carrier's charge for moving the box or the kilos. Sea freight is priced per container for FCL, or per cubic metre / per tonne for LCL — whichever is greater, which is why low-density cargo often costs more than shippers expect. Air freight uses chargeable weight: the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight.
02
Terminal handling (THC) at both ends, documentation and bill of lading fees, delivery-order fees, and lift-on/lift-off. These are frequently excluded from a headline rate and are the most common reason a quote grows between booking and invoice.
03
Bunker adjustment (BAF), emergency bunker (EBS), peak-season (PSS), currency adjustment (CAF), congestion and war-risk where applicable. On air freight, fuel and security surcharges are quoted per kilo separately from the base rate.
04
Standard duty on imports for local consumption is 5% of CIF value, with 5% VAT on top. Free-zone consignees are not assessed duty while goods remain inside the zone. Some categories carry different or zero rates, and exemptions exist — getting the HS classification right up front is what keeps this predictable.
05
Trucking from the port or airport to the door, plus any waiting time, out-of-gauge escorts or permits. Deira and Bur Dubai deliveries differ from Jebel Ali or Al Quoz on both distance and access restrictions.
06
Charged when a container overstays its free days at the terminal (demurrage) or off-terminal (detention). It is almost always caused by paperwork arriving late, not by shipping. We track free days from arrival rather than from when documents land, and tell you before a clock runs out.

Our Dubai office is at Al Naboodha Building — also signposted as Al Shoala Building, Block E — 3rd Floor, Suite 301, 10 17th Street, Port Saeed, Deira. It is a few minutes from Dubai Clock Tower and Port Rashid, and about 45 minutes from Jebel Ali Port. Open 24 hours, seven days a week.
Within one working day, and usually the same working day for standard air and sea lanes out of Dubai. For a faster answer, WhatsApp or call +971 50 630 6421. Project cargo and heavy lift take longer because they normally need a route survey before a rate can be committed.
We arrange air and sea cargo from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, the UK, USA, Jordan, Germany, GCC countries and destinations worldwide through our carrier and agent network. Road freight, customs clearance and final delivery can be included where available.
Compare the complete landed cost, realistic transit time, carrier routing, customs-clearance capability and who is accountable after booking—not only the headline freight rate. We provide an itemised air, sea or road freight quote and one Dubai contact for collection, clearance and final delivery.
For sea freight, primarily Jebel Ali Port — the largest container port in the Middle East — together with Port Rashid for general and breakbulk cargo. We also handle Khalifa Port and KIZAD in Abu Dhabi, Hamriyah and Khor Fakkan in Sharjah, plus Fujairah and Ajman. Air freight moves through Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum International (DWC).
Yes. We arrange Turkey-to-Dubai cargo by air, sea, road or multimodal routing. The scope can include pickup in Turkey, export documentation, UAE customs clearance and final delivery. We quote FCL, LCL, pallets, commercial cargo and eligible personal effects according to the current carrier schedule.
Yes. We regularly coordinate customs clearance for shipments in Saudi Arabia and Turkey, including document checks, classification support, inspection coordination and onward delivery, subject to the cargo and local customs requirements.
Mirsal 2 is Dubai Customs' electronic declaration system. Every import, export and transit movement through Dubai must be declared in it, and a licensed clearing agent files on your behalf against your trade licence and customs code. We file Mirsal 2 declarations in-house for both mainland and free-zone consignees.
Goods going to a free zone such as JAFZA or DAFZA are filed as a free-zone import and are not assessed the 5% customs duty while they remain inside the zone. Goods going to a mainland LLC are filed as an import for local consumption and duty becomes payable at clearance. Choosing the wrong declaration type is the single most common cause of clearance delays and amendment fees, which is why we confirm the consignee's status before filing.
FCL is a full container load — an entire 20ft, 40ft or 40ft high-cube container for your cargo alone. LCL is less than container load — your cargo shares a container and you pay per cubic metre or per tonne, whichever is greater. LCL suits smaller consignments; FCL usually works out cheaper per unit once you are filling roughly half a container or more.
Yes — IMDG-classified dangerous goods by sea and IATA DGR shipments by air, subject to correct declaration, packing and approvals. Temperature-sensitive cargo moves in reefer containers by sea, and in temperature-controlled ULDs or validated thermal packaging by air. Send the MSDS and UN number with your enquiry so we can quote the right routing first time.
Yes. A typical scope covers a route survey, lifting and method statements, RTA and municipality permits for oversized road movements, flat-rack or breakbulk booking, lashing and securing to CTU code, and supervision at both load and discharge. Oil and gas, renewables and construction are the most frequent sectors.
Yes — short and long-term storage, cross-docking, pick and pack, order fulfilment, inventory reporting and onward distribution across the UAE and GCC. Storage can be bundled with clearance and last-mile delivery under a single contract and a single invoice.
Yes. Vehicles move either in containers or on roll-on roll-off services, and we handle the export certificate, customs declaration, shipping and destination formalities. Requirements vary by destination country — particularly on vehicle age limits and left- or right-hand drive.
Air freight typically reaches major hubs in 1–5 days. Sea freight from Jebel Ali runs roughly 3–7 days to Indian subcontinent ports, 12–20 days to North Europe and the Mediterranean, and 18–30 days to North America, before destination customs clearance. Road freight into Saudi Arabia is usually 2–4 days depending on the border crossing. These are indicative — your quote will carry the actual schedule.
There is no single answer, and any forwarder quoting one without seeing your shipment is guessing. The bill is made up of base freight, origin and destination local charges such as terminal handling and documentation, surcharges like BAF, EBS and peak-season, UAE customs duty and VAT where applicable, and inland delivery. Sea freight is priced per container for FCL, or per cubic metre or tonne — whichever is greater — for LCL. Air freight is priced on chargeable weight, meaning the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Send us the route, commodity and rough dimensions and you will get an itemised quote within one working day.
LCL is charged on whichever is greater: cubic metres or tonnes. Low-density cargo — foam, furniture, empty packaging — occupies far more volume than its weight suggests, so it is charged on volume. If the ratio is poor, consolidating into a full container or compressing the packing often costs less overall. We will tell you when FCL is the cheaper answer even though it looks like the bigger booking.
Demurrage is charged when your container overstays its free days inside the terminal. Detention is charged when you keep the container outside the terminal beyond the agreed period. Both are almost always caused by documentation arriving late rather than by the shipping itself. We track free days from the vessel's arrival rather than from when paperwork reaches us, and flag an approaching deadline before it turns into a charge.
The standard rate is 5% customs duty on the CIF value for goods imported for local consumption, with 5% VAT applied on top. Goods consigned to a free zone such as JAFZA or DAFZA are not assessed duty while they remain inside the zone. Some categories carry different or zero rates and various exemptions exist, so correct HS classification at the point of declaration is what makes the cost predictable.
We have our own offices in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and India, with the group head office in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Shipments beyond that footprint run through vetted partners in our global agent networks.
